What We Do

Introduction

At ZEF Global, our initiatives are designed to create meaningful change in communities, one step at a time. We work with community leaders to identify and prioritize needs and build specific initiatives with their guidance to address those needs. Current initiatives include The Aziz and Salma Foundation focused on women’s empowerment/education and services for the elderly and The Raushni Initiative aimed at supporting children’s education focused on Social Emotional Learning. Through these focused initiatives, led by the community itself, we believe we’re making a lasting impact. Whether it’s providing children with resources for emotional well-being or helping artisans thrive, we believe in the power of connection, education, and opportunity.

Program Highlights

Health and Wellness Initiatives:

Free health screenings and wellness workshops for seniors.
Free transport for seniors to local health care facilities for routine visits.
Free educational events on health, hygiene, and proper sanitation to prevent the spread of disease.
Provision of basic health and hygiene supplies, including OTC medicines.
Provision of basic incontinence supplies for those who need them.
Support networks to combat loneliness and promote mental health.

Empowerment Programs:

Educational opportunities for women and girls – to gain basic literacy and become technically competent.
Vocational training for women to enter the workforce or start their own businesses.
Mentorship opportunities connecting women with other women.
Employment opportunities for women and girls to help support the economic goals of the family while gaining an education.

Empowering Young Minds Through Education and Inclusion At ZEF Global, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow into a confident, compassionate, and well-rounded individual. That’s why we created Raushni, an initiative dedicated to supporting children’s well-being, mental health, and social-emotional learning. Through engaging books, educational programs, and innovative tools, Raushni fosters diversity and inclusion while equipping young minds with the skills they need to thrive.

Impacting Lives Locally and Globally

Raushni’s mission extends beyond borders. We focus on empowering children in underserved communities, and introduce them to culturally enriching materials and software. By promoting diversity and inclusion, Raushni inspires students to embrace differences and build connections in an increasingly interconnected world.
